The rendering on the gable wall requires some remedial work together with a similar repair to the chimney. I also have in mind a door to be blocked off inside and the wall of the pantry removed. There may be some other small items that will need to be done as well once a proper viewing of the property has been completed
I took The quote from Steve and have found the quality of work to be excellent. He himself is what I would call a Diamond and is willing to do something extra whilst at the job and is a clean and tidy worker. My porch has a tiled roof. I wish to extend the porch about 10 feet further forwards between existing walls, by removing the existing roof and building a new extended tiled roof. I then wish to enclose the porch with a double glazed front door, provide internal and external lighting, put in a tiled floor and knock a door through from the new porch to the garage.
Excellent outcome, always came when he said, did what he said and was polite and friendly. Also completed the entire job in just over a week. Will definitely use him again.
