I'm looking for someone who can design and install some cupboards and shelves in 2 alcoves in my lounge, either side of a fireplace. I want solid wood tops to the cupboards, to match the existing mantelpiece.
I'm extremely pleased with the work that has been done. James was quick to respond and then came the next day to measure up. He produced some high quality sketch-up images, which incorporated his own ideas on the best use of space. This really helped us decide which option to go for. His quote was comprehensive and cheaper than the other 2 companies. During the installation, he tidied up as he went along. I'm very happy with my new cabinets and shelves and would definitely use James again.

The property in question is a top floor flat. I have had a new carpet fitted and required 3-4 internal fire doors to be trimmed. They all have the loaded springs and are required to continue having these for health and safety. The front door is the worse. If possible I also need the loaded spring on the kitchen door to be re-screwed into the door frame.
Thank you for the quick response to my posting and understanding my needs for the job to be completed asap. The tradesperson arrived well before time, the quality of work completed was of excellent quality and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the tradesperson and would happily employ his services again. I will be recommending him to people I know.

Currently the door fitted is half height. There is space above to put a 3/4 length door in place. The job is to extend the frame upwards as much as possible and fit a longer door. We have a door to be fitted which matches the existing doors within the house, this will need to be shortened to fit the new frame. The material surrounding the door frame to be extended is plasterboard.
Punctual, did a good job and left the area clean and tidy, couldn't ask for more.
