Worked tirelessly to ensure a proper, professional job was done. The condition of the door frames and stops proved challenging with a non-standard width but the finished article looks fantastic. Also replaced ballastrade and solid ply panels with new spindles; again there were obstacles to overcome due to the design of the original, very happy with the end result. Very good value, works hard, does an excellent job. Can't recommend highly enough.

A granite shelf needs refitting in the kitchen where the supports are starting to give way. We have some other supports but the tradesman may wan to prescribe something different. 3. It would be helpful if the tradesman could also sort out a small tiling job in the downstairs shower room next to the kitchen where a pipe had to be replaced by pulling up a small part of the tiled floor and wall. We have replacement tiles and now it is dried out it should be made good and retiled. About an area of two or three square feet.
