The back door has been incorrectly fitted or prepared causing it to rot, warp and jam. As a result we need to kick the door to close it. Efforts have been made to shave it but water has seeped in and made it worse.
The job is to replace the door with a new one and to prepare and fit it properly so that it closes easily and fits the frame without gaps and letting water in. If necessary to remove the frame and replace it with a new one. The door must be correctly treated so it doesn't expand and jam in the frame like the current one.
The locks need removing from the current door and fitting to the new one. I will supply the door.
