"Will did a complicated angled door first for us and did a fantastic job, couldnt fault it - so pleased we asked him to come back and do a small door and build a boiler cupboard for us. Unfortunately these werent as good - the boiler door over hung which he reluctantly trimmed but didnt finish with veneer, also handle was then too low and not moved, top of cupboad had no supporting piece between top sides so has started to bow, as has the mdf door. Catches on both very poor and badly placed so doors dont close/open themselves. cupboard also placed too low so tile had to be chipped off - poor planning... small door not bad but slightly over trimmed. I did contact Will and he said it was all ok, and did not offer to correct the problems..."
