"Michael did a good job of laying and sealing the ply - in a very awkwardly shaped space.
He did a great job of repanelling and plastering the dining room ceiling.
He's very speedy - works v fast.
He was very reliable - he was late one day but he'd called to tell me, so that was fine.
My only quibble was there was quite a lot of splashed plaster in the dining room when he'd finished skimming. Perhaps he could have put up a few more dustsheets.
But apart from that slight caveat, I'd recommend him as friendly, reliable and very capable."
