Job I need a new back door, supplied & fitted, with extg cat floor, removed from old door & fitted to new. Need inclusive Price???

Job We need to have a loft ladder installed. Loft has already been floored and we have already purchased the full box-style unit with fold down ladder, so it's ready to go. May need to move a ceiling mounted light fixture to install. Will also need to know if we must supply any trim for finishing.
