A willing, polite and trusty younger carpenter who was very keen to try and accommodate our wishes, and finish the job for us. We felt that more detailed measuring/ planning beforehand could have avoided some pitfalls, (which he was very willing to, and did, correct). In the end, the unit was good and sturdy. It required a little filling and sanding by us to finish off the job, and once painted, will do exactly what we wanted. It was good value for money and we were very happy to work with Fergus. He was good at keeping in touch by phone etc if delays occurred. Thank you fergus
