"Mike responded promtly to our ad. He came out and talked through our requirements with us in a friendly and professional way. We received a written quote and a date for the work to start. This had to be rearranged, but we were kept informed. Mike and a collegue arrived on the day arranged and wasted no time in starting work. He talked through everything with us, especially when it turned out to be not quite as straightforward as was thought. He happily answered any question we fired at him! He thought (and talked through) how he would overcome the problem and still give us the look we wanted. He remained confident, polite and friendly and worked hard and to a high standard. Any mess was cleared up and removed.We are delighted with the end result and have already asked him to give us a quote for some other work!"
