"A really good craftsman to work with. Starting the job as a good listener, he was also happy to suggest alternative solutions and give general advise. He then carried out the work with skill and care, and fixed an occured problem without hassle. What struck me particularily was that he shows a keen interest in the job, and assesses it with an indepth knowledge about anything from old buildings to materials, as well as giving good input on aesthetic issues. Anything a little negative? Maybe that it can take longer for him to reply to emails and quote inquiries than he initially promised."
