Lee did a brilliant job, better than I expected the finished items to look! He was punctual polite and very tidy all for a great price. I will be using him for any other jobs that crop up from now on. Thank you very much lee job well done!Claire
We moved into our first floor flat two years ago and knew that we needed to replace the wood on our outside balcony. We had been putting the job off but it's come to the point where we need to have this issue resolved. The wood has become rotton with many of the pannels falling out. It looks like the wood beam that holds it up is rotting at the bottom as well. I can't be certain if the underlying frame needs replacing.
I was very impressed. A very personable service was delivered on time, on budget and without any fuss. Highly recommended.Daniel
Two floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, either side of chimney breast. Left bay measures 277cm high, 134cm wide and 36cm deep. Right bay is 121 wide by 36 deep.
The wardrobes look lovely and are exactly as promised. The s quality of work is high and the tradesmen were polite, friendly and efficient. The wardrobes were fitted in one day and e everything was left tidy and clean. Jason was very friendly and worked with us to find a design that fitted our budget. I would definitely consider using spacesavers again in the future. Alice

1. Install 2 vertical struts in roof - 3 bowed roof struts, 1 has already been reinforced, the other two need doing.
2. Gable fascias - Decay noted, overhauling necesssary, defective sections cut out and replace with sound timber.
3. Repoint chimney - Defective mortar joints require repointing. Worn and defective joints to raised parapet wall require repointing.
4. Spray roof timbers - Evidence of historical woodworm activity, precautionary spray necessary.
