"I had an outside balcony replaced. John called round to look at the job and give an estimate, we discussed my requirements and john came up with a few good ideas to make it look better. His estimate was very good and his start date was just around the time I was looking for the job to start. So that was that I gave John my key to come and go as he liked as I was at work everyday. When I came home I was amazed at just how much he had done everyday. As the job was progressing I asked John for some advice regarding some sort of anti slip for the stairs. He went out of his way to design me some metal anti slip stair plates to put on the stairs. I have to say John is a really nice, trustworthy and reliable guy. He is not one of these builders who say they are going to be there at a certain time and don't turn up. During the construction of my balcony the weather was not very kind. It rained for a few days so it slowed the job down. Because of this John would come round at the weekends to carry on working on it. He is also a clean and tidy workman, he always made sure my garden was cleared up at the end of the day, he took all of the old balcony away with him. in short John has done a fantastic job for me. It's a shame I can't post any pictures of my balcony on here for anybody to see Johns workmanship. I really would highly rate John as a 1st class tradesman. I would not hesitate to use John again if I needed any work doing. "
