Built in wardrobe with sliding doors: really pleased with the end result, everything built as I requested, my home was left clean and tidy. The final price was within my budget and I was consulted at all times regarding any minor changes needed or any extra costs. I will be using Mr Kelman again.

My wife and I have a two bedroom flat that we want to put on the rental market in a village near Dunfermline that we have been trying to 'do up' ourselves. However, with work and things our timescale has gone to pot and we need some help with certain jobs. We're trying to keep costs low, but realise there are things we just can't do ourselves. The entry staircase to the property has a door at the top, which we have had to take out and enlarge after a furniture removal issue. The problem is, there is a false ceiling running the length of the staircase that is now the wrong height! We need someone to either remove and replace the current false ceiling, or 'make good' the current ceiling. Either way, advice on the best course of action would be appreciated. It should be a fairly straightforward job to replace it (famous last words), but it is a ceiling and it is on a staircase.

Take the top tier off a 3-tier rabbit hutch to turn it into a 2-tier only. This is a custom made rabbit hutch from a shed company, currently measuring 6' x 6' total. Each level is 6' x 2'. The rabbit hutch will then be raised up onto sleepers or bricks, or similar. Please advise how long the job would take and when able to carry out.
