We got Dereks number through trusted trader. He was able to give a very clear quote. He provided an email with a full breakdown of his costs so we were able to choose what we wanted. We did not buy our wood from Derek and we had a little problem with this however Derek was available for advice for us. He was prompt, very quick to complete around 30 sq meters of flooring to a very high standard. We are delighted with the work and would not hesitiate to recomend Derek Sara and Alex Kirk

Came within hours of call to survey job and give quote: called later same day to discuss cost of materials and had cheaper options available if required: arranged to complete work the following week and arrived on specified date and time; work was completed to a good standard and site was left clean and tidy: would definitely contact again if further joinery work required
