For example, the radiator brackets were re-attached 90 degrees from how they came off (and one was actually on squint), screws were in all over the place to secure old plaster, he ran out of filler so couldn't finish the job properly and left the work area in a mess. We didn't check the work thoroughly enough at the time and due to the fact there was a follow-on job we didn't have the chance to go back to him and ask for it to be rectified."
