I am the owner/occupier and secretary of the Residents' Association, Cheltenham. It's an older listed building and there are several areas where the floorboards squeak or noise is transmitted between flats (5 in total). Our managing agents are Horsleys. The kitchen area in Flat 4 is about 25 sq metres is a particular problem, as it is above my bedroom in Flat 3. I have the go-ahead to investigate costing to sort out this problem, which could include a sound-proofing layer of some kind and would like your advice.
A prompt estimate and a fair price. Mr Kaye struck me as a reliable tradesmen. Unfortunately, for reasons beyond my control, we were unable to make use of his services at this stage.

Great workers, very friendly. We have worked together 3 times now, one time I was very ill and couldn't help them to move furniture around. I couldn't believe it when I woke and found the work had been done perfectly and the furniture was all back in place. They showed my home respect and I am both pleased and grateful for the results. I am already considering the next full day as these are two men you can trust to do a job on time and well, which in my experience is something that you dont find that often. I need 4 doors hung and the lock mechanisms fitting.
He did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price, and even cleared up after he'd finished - I would use him again if I needed more work done in the future.
