We have a double bed in Ash / ash veneer. We now want 2 under bed storage boxes to match. Size about 23 cm high, 80 cm by 60 cm. Open top. Realise that this is only a small job.
Very pleasant and reliable. Lawrence is an excellent cratfsman who produces work of a very high standard. I would recommend him to anyone looking for top quality standards in design and manufacture.

I would like to have fitted cabinets with 3-4 floating shelves above in two alcoves either side of fireplace. The alcoves are approx 138cm wide and 30cm deep so the cabinets would have to protrude slightly but the floating shelves to be flush with the chimney breast. One cabinet I would like open shelf at top for DVD player etc and holes cut for cabling and to allow access to plugs on rear alcove wall at bottom

Traditional 1960s tongue and groove floorboard broken in bathroom. There appears to be no new firm fixing position underneath for the length of board involved to be re-nailed down. The boards are covered with Lino but this has torn from wear at the site of the broken board, so access isn't a problem. The broken board is 65cm long and 11cm wide.
Good communications, punctual and did an efficient job. Was here for 50 minutes and charged £60 to replace a damaged/unsuable bathroom floorboard and cover a hole in another under the bath with a new board. Happy to recommend.

A leaking washing machine supply pipe has rotted a kitchen floorboard. I've got rid of the dead wood and now have a hole (about 44cm x 14cm, with joists visible at either end) flush against the skirting board. I'm looking for a quote to replace this board, which will need to be cut to fit around the washing machine waste pipe, the two water supply pipes and some cable track in the right hand corner (see pix). Also, on the left side, the old wood has broken unevenly and I'd like the replacement board to fit flush with this, which may mean cutting cutting/chiselling this existing board a bit for the best fit (see pic). For future access, the new board would need to be screwed, not nailed, in place.I attach four low res phone photos which I hope you can see on the job page.
