"We employed Brian of '[COMPANY NAME] to remove our old enclosed stair-rail and install new spindles and newel posts etc. Although the job done was good (and the cheapest), he did slightly damage (dented) the upstair rail and when we asked for it to be replaced (only about 2 feet) he said he would fill the dent instead. Although it does not notice, I feel this should have been replaced however, we will use him again (as long as this sort of issue is agreed up-front). His workmanship is first class and highly recommended. We booked him and the job was done within 2 days from booking - excellent. We will use this site again (and Brian) again for any other work required."
