The wooden gate round the back of the houde has expanded hence the gate doesn't shut at all and the lock needs changing.
VSCarpentry were prompt, to the point, reasonable quote and got on with it. I found them to be quite efficient. I would recommend them anyday to anyone needing their services.

To remove old decking boards and clear from site relay new boards these have been purchased 44 x 4.80m due to arrive on Monday23rd. May require two planter boxes but this can be discussed also have materials for these only thing needed is decking screws boards are 28mm thick..
Dean turned up in the most horrendous weather for laying decking put up his shelter for his tools and got to work he finished on time all bar a bit of titilating on the edges need a few dry days before he can do that if you need a guy who can do the job at a reasonable price hes your man. This is a great site and will use it again thats for sure

Shave the underside of doors so that the doors can be opened and closed easily. The doors atre difficult to close and open because new carepets have been laid on the floors of each of the rooms. Alos a new door handle and lock to be fitted on each door (3 doors). The locks and handles have been bought by me already
Garry is a nice and pleasant chap - arrived more or less on time, on the day. I am fully satisfied with his work and his manners too. I shall recommend Garry to others without any hesitation. I paid him more than the agreed price (he did not ask for it) because I was so pleased with his work and his 'modus operandi'. I wish him all the best
