No underlay required.
I have the materials so its the cost to lay the floor only.

We require a wall rebuilt in one room when back to back wardrobes are knocked through into one room. Then walls erected and smoothed ready for decorating
Frank was literally 5 * - I would not hesitate to recommend him. We also employed Frank to do another two jobs when he was here. Joinery work in an ensuite and replacing kitchen worktops - all his work here was absolutely excellent - 11 out of 10 ! :)
