We would like a quote for labour and materials please. We have used rated people.com successfully before and are not timewasters. We are in today so if you could call asap to set up a time to quote that would be great. The initial work we would like done is:- Change skirting in rectangular 9’3 x 10’5 bedroom • Remove existing 4” skirting and replace with 6” Ogee white MDF primed skirting. (All wiring and electrical sockets are above new skirting height but one wall will need 2 x 3cm square cut-outs for radiator pipes). • Skirting is in 2 long runs and 4 small runs with 4 x 90 degree corner cuts and • Seal behind new skirting with caulk Change skirting on Landing • Remove existing 250cm of 4” skirting and replace with 6” Ogee white MDF primed skirting. (All wiring and electrical sockets are above new skirting height but one wall will need 2 cut-outs for radiator pipes) • Total linear length of skirting to be replaced: 250cm but some bits are 10cm and 20cm so there are 9 cuts and 2 x 90 degree corners plus 2 x 3cm square cut outs for radiator pipe fittings • Seal behind new skirting with caulk Install white conti board shelving in existing recess cupboards. 1. Shelving in Recessed Cupboard 1 This will be used to store jackets and towels. • Remove single 1000mm L-shaped shelf and replace with new white conti board shelf 85cm wide by 50cm deep • 3 straight 90cm white conti board shelves below • Replace single hanging rail with a chrome one 85cm long x 25mm diameter and brackets 2. Shelving in Recessed Cupboard 2 This is customised shelving for a Utility Cupboard to store hoover, bucket, mop etc. • Remove existing single Z-shaped shelf and hanging wardrobe rail. • Install 4 x white conti board shelves. Straight run across 70cm shelf at back of cupboard (then 20cm - 30cm L shape to fit around boxed in pipes) • Attach 4 hooks at varying heights to R.H. wall to hang dustpan & brush etc. More work to follow if you like us and we like you! Please note budget is an estimate and not set in stone.

raised wooden deck 7m x 3m. 1 metre high with steps and ramp, have had the job done badly by previous tradesmen and we need quote and it needs looking over to see what can be salvaged/what needs repairing as it doesn't currently meet building regs.
Very happy with quality of work. It was a hard job redoing work that another tradesman had done badly. Would happily recommend Maplewood Joiners.
