""H & Sons" introduced themselves as "jacks of all trades". This may be true, and performance suggests that so may the corollary. The job changed in scope whilst in progress; but changes were handled reasonably well. On the whole, building and joinery work was fine - if somewhat inelegant (which led to progress being interrupted for hospital visits). Electical work (via a sub contractor) was also good. However, the plumbing was a big disappointment. Some of this was simply shoddy. Discussion of this yielded no improvement and so I have had to pay for this part of the job to be done again."
