"John Lever was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. He contacted me immediately on receiving the request for quote, took the time and effort to come and visit before quoting for the work, the only one who did. Committed to a time and date to undertake the work, which I then had to change due to unforeseen and unavoidable pre-requisite work by another tradesman not able to be completed in time. We re-scheduled the work for a day later in the week and John was flexible about this and agreed. When undertaking the work he arrived bang on time, completed the work to the level required, and actually beyond in the case of a couple of items and completed all the work in the timeframes he had previously committed to. A pleasure to meet and do business with and someone I would highly recommend to use for similar work. A traditional and proper craftsman would be a good summary."
