I couldn't have chosen a better firm to undertake what was quite an extensive job. I cannot recommend Direct Bedrooms highly enough. I will certainly use them again!!! "

"The job took much longer than estimated. He was late every day - first day because of roadworks - but when on third day he was over 90 minutes late without apology I felt obliged to comment - he said that he had something else to do that took longer than he thought. He had to return to replace the glass panel in one door as he had cracked it whilst fitting the lock. I did pay him for this and for his time as he had spent much longer than anticipated on the original job. I also paid extra for the locks as he said that he was being charged £36 instead of the £20 he expected. In all I paid £111- £36 of which was for the lock barrels - above the quotation for the job. He did also tell me that I was wrong in the way I wanted a job done - he fitted the glass patterned side out on the first door but did do it the other way round when replacing the glass which he had broken - and said that I was wrong in wanting it that way. I would not use this tradesman again. Mrs David."
