Obtain decking: have preferred source/supplier - client to pay/reimburse material cost. Remove existing decking and disposal. Check condition of sub frame. Replace if necessary. Install new decking using easy fix shoes "push fit to timber deck joists" Decking floats on top of clean concreted base ie. not soil or ground.

1. fitted shelves in an alcove on the stairway 2. simple lightweight shutters for a 20s baywindow. 3. The double doors between my sitting room and dining room do not close or open properly! I would like to be able to open them fully (which would mean they would need to be hinged), and to be able to close them properly (they currently don't have any kind of closing mechanism). I am not sure whether we are going to be able to achieve this with the doors we have or whether we are going to need to make something entirely new.
Max did a fantastic job of both fitted book shelving and folding doors between sitting room and dining room. He is a real perfectionist and both jobs look beautiful. He took great care to get it exactly as we wanted. His pricing is very reasonable particularly when you consider the great job that he has done. I highly recommend him.

Two chests: the first approx 2m long x 50cm depth x 46cm high, the second 1.5m long x 50cm depth x 46cm high. However, they are to make a corner seat and the corner of the garden is not a right angle so both will need to be slightly angled at one side to fit exactly. (Am not sure what this angle is but am sure I could work it out.) I'd like them made from decking to match existing planters. They don't need to be stained as I will do this.

Cupboard has 'alcove' to left of door. D35cm W68cm I would like about 5 shelves made of inexpensive material that I can paint myself eg mdf, and simple batons. 1 additional high shelf on the other side of cupboard. Clothes rail could attach to it and one of the other shelves. the building is quite new and the walls are all plasterboard! The other issue is that the fuse-box is in the cupboard on the side of the shelves. However I have seen that other residents have put shelves in the same cupboard.
Wickus was great. The job took longer than expected but he stuck to the original estimated price (which was nearly half what I was quoted by another handyman service + he had a helper and didn't charge extra for needing two people on the job). He suggested ways to get around the various difficulties always, keeping in mind what I wanted. I would definitely consider using their service again. I am very pleased with my organized cupboard!

Fix cracked front door, and seal the same door and another one.
Zsolt was very professional, tidy, right on time, and perfectionist. I had to seal a few doors, and to fix a front door, which he did very sufficiently. I highly recommend him as a carpenter for fixing wood, which is his expertise. It took him a few hours to finish all, and he did it with a lot of attention to details, and the price was fair enough as well.
