"We were amazed with them at first. They arrived on time, advised about materials and provided help with purchase. Had the job done quickly and left a place clean... but, we started having problems with the lock that was changed. It is very hard to open the lock to the point that we have acctually stopped using it and locked it in as we could not get in on couple occasions. Phoned Panda building to let them know about the problem, and someone was supposed to come to see us about the lock last Friday - noone arrived. Phoned Panda and was told that they won't be able to make it, but someone will come to see me on Sunday - noone did and this time when I was trying to call, the mobile phone was switched off and up to now I have not received any information or been contacted by Panda with regards to fixing badly fitted lock. I am very dissapointed with their performance as I thought that for once we have met a builder that is actually really reliable."
