Budget Under £250

Job This is a small job to repair some shelves. I have a bookcase comprising 3 shelves in an alcove in the living room of a Victorian terrace conversion flat. The bottom shelf has gradually tilted downwards and is now at an angle that means I'm unable to use it; the second shelf looks like it is heading that way too. I'd like the bottom shelf fixed, and all shelves reinforced so that they can cope with a heavy load of books, and possibly (depending on cost) additional shelf/shelves added (I don't have the additional shelves, would be looking for you to provide them) to help spread the load. The alcove is a little over a meter wide. The shelves are about 45cm above each other. The wall they are on is the one between my flat and the house next door. The shelves are of "floating" type, but I would be happy to consider a different type or the addition of brackets if that would be sturdier /able to cope with a heavier load. This is a rented flat so I don't want to invest a lot of the money in it, I just want something functional. (I do have permission from the landlord). I've selected under £250 for the budget but my absolute maximum would be £200 in total, including the cost of any materials, and I'd prefer to spend less that that. I'm quite flexible on a start date, any time from now to the next 3 or 4 weeks. I assume it won't take more than a day - a weekend date would be ideal, though I can negotiate time at home from work if necessary. Budget Under £500

Job would like floor to ceiling cupbroads fitted in upstairs boxroom. materials need to be purchased. Bugdet does not included materials size - units will be various sizes. measurement floor to ceiling 287cm wall 1 - 90cm wall 2 160cm in additon some shelves to be fitted and if possible to make door bifolding, then rehung.

Comment The job - floor to ceiling cupboards, making bifolding door and laying flooring. The quote - he listened to my ideas and came up with suggestions to make the work better. The work - was carried out to a very high standard. Beautifully made cupboards which are sturdy (they are holding lots of clothing). I am extremely pleased that they were able to remodel the existing door to a bifolding one which means it is in keeping with the rest of the doors in the house. Reliability - on time and always easy to contact. Would I used again - yes. I have already booked him. N
