Updated : The frame around my balcony door is rotten and need to be repaired some how, plus the door has also come out of its hinge on the bottom of the door. as the council are going to do all the work next year this will just be a mead and make do fix . Original : Door frame to the balconey is broken and now the door will not shut correctly.Also need a new door the balconey

They came to price the job and when I asked them to put the quote in writing (I said an email would be fine) they seemed to back off and I didn't hear from them again despite ringing and texting them. In the end I didn't use anyone from rated people I got someone from a local business.

To lay laminate in my living room Approx. 16.7225 square metres
Half the laminate was laid, but I noticed the pattern joins didn't match up. They were unsatisfactory and I pointed them out. The tradesman was happy to lay the laminate again. This time it was done well. I'm now delighted with the overall appearance of my floor, although there are still some small areas, especially by the skirting, where the laminate hasn't been secured by the trimming. Apart from these small things, the service was friendly and the job was finished on time. I would use them again.

I need a quote to hang a new door. The frame I am told, will hold (for the moment) but the door is rotten and needs replacing. It will be wooden. It goes from the living room to the balcony. The current one has two glass panels in the top half. I would prefer a similar one.
Top job, done. Extra time was spent on the job due to unforeseen problem with size of my doorframe, but I was still billed the same as the quote. Definitely rccommended.

Updated : We need a carpenter to lift up one line of pine floorboards in our living room and dining room and then the boards underneath. This is to allow a plumber to repair a water pipe. Once the pipe has been fixed to return and put the boards back down and if damaged replace these.
