Hello, The fridge door is not closing properly. I think it may be the balance of the fridge that has changed- possibly due to subsidance. I think the problem is that the bottom hinge has too much weight and needs readjusting but I'm not sure that's what's going on, it's just looks that way! The flat is tenanted so if you could come at the latest by Tuesday 28th morning that would be ideal. Many thanks, Martina
Unfortunately I wasn't there but my husband was. Nigel was very punctual and professional but the job was not done. He charged £50 but am not sure what for, given that the next day (or hour?) the problem was still there. I have now called the manufacturers to solve the matter.

The boxing on the floor behind the headboard in the bedroom needs to be taken down. Basically two slots of wood against the wall need to be lower than they are now. Also bed's legs needed.
