Wooden door repair and installation in St Mary's Park
"I would really like to be able to give good feedback for this company as they turned up on the day they said they would, did the job in the time frame and quoted a decent price for the work. However I would be unable to reccomend them for several reasons. Firstly they left the glass in the doors covered in gloss paint and putty, the door frames were also covered in drips and they had not sanded the wood before painting it - it took me a good hour of hard work to clean the glass. I personally think work should be finished in full for it to be a good standard of work - I did ask them to come and redo it especially as you could still see the additional section put on the bottom of the door as not enough coats of paint had been applied. They initally said they would come back but I still haven't heard back over 2 weeks later, after leaving several messages and emails. They also had issues with staff such as the joiner who was quite unreliable and there seemed to be discord or lack of communication between staff (who were all foreign) and the owner. It is a shame as the owner is very friendly and appears very accomodating - the finished result is quite acceptable and by no means was it a bad experience, I just couldn't honestly reccomend them to my friends."
