"Simon came round to my flat on Bank Holiday Monday, 31st August 09 to measure and asess. He told me he would get back to me within one week. When he did not, I both called and emailed him for the qoute. To date he has responded to neither. I found this hugely disappointing, to not even get an answer from him. It would be unfair to rate Simon on qulaity and value as he did not do any work for me but his reliability was very poor."
