"This company called me back immediatly & were able to come to my apartment at the weekend which was ideal as I work full time. Although they could not fix the window on the day it was obvious that they were knowledgable about their job & did not charge us for the initial appointment - following this we arranged another day for them to come & fix the window & it was all sorted within a few days to a good standard. I got quotes from other sash window specialists which were over £100 more expensive so it was definately value for money. I would use & recommend this company - excellent."
