"If Carlsberg did tradesmen..... They would probably be like Ross! In our initial phone conversation Ross gave me an estimate, it wasn't the smallest estimate and he very honestly told me i could probably get a cheaper quote but that he was a professional and his prices were mid range. (true). Upon actually seeing the job his estimate reduced. He also turned up wth a whole portfolio of his previous jobs, was very aimiable and extremely helpful. Although Ross had to wait a while for me to get back to him while i liased with my landlord he was still very accommodating and slotted me in around another (bigger and better paid) job. When he actually did the job he was quick and professional and reduced the cost again to take into account his trade discount! This left the cost the same as the cheapest quote i had, which i might add came from someone who seemed wholly unreliable. All in all i would thoroughly recommend Ross. Like i said - If Carlsberg did tradesmen.....! "
