To fit appx. 11metres of dado rail (purchased) to assemble a slim flat pack bathroom unit to Plane slightly kitchen plinth so it fits To sort out a pull out larder that falls out screw loose or something. needs to be looked at. Already received a quote for £265 . the trademan I gave the job to was off sick and now gone on holiday for 3 weeks. I need someone NOW!!!
Jason on the whole worked well and was efficient. but I am not happy with the finish to the dado rail. The nail gun used has left some of the nails exposed and I cannot fill in the MDF dado rail with filler. I have an exposed bad workmanship. But I did like the way Jason worked and how he applied himself to the tasks given. I may use Jason again? because some of the work left will be more appropriate for him to tackle.

Parminder was very friendly. He worked well. Very professional. Just talked a lot on his phone and I wondered if the work would get finished. I will definately use SR Carpentry again. I will also recommend Parminder to other people. It is good to be able to rely on someone when you need a tradesman. I have a few more jobs to be done and Parminder is the man for the job. Pity he was not around to erect my husband's log cabin. he would have done a better job.

I'm not sure
The Log Cabin will be purchased within 1 month. The size is 5 metres X 4 metres I need at least 3 different Quotes urgently to be posted to me by early next week if this is possible. There may need to be a small preparation of the ground for the log cabin to sit on. I would prefer to be quoted via email if possible. My husband is a Carpenter but has Cancer and is unable to do the work. This is a straight forward job and shouldn't be difficult to estimate. It is an Xmas gift for my husband so would like this to be done when this arrives
I haven't had the job done yet. Due to demand and VAT going up we could not get a delivery before Xmas so will now have to wait till January 20th for a delivery so by February 2011 I should be in a better position to rate the job done.

Updated : I have decided instead to have a Dado Rail put up. 36feet down one side and 30ft down other side of lounge. Should be done in less than one day. My husband was a carpenter. Died 8 weeks ago. Original : I need 3 quotes on either putting up a dado rail. Or half wall panelling. I haven't decided which is a better look for what I want to do in the lounge. I want a new look. I want it to look cosy. I have entered a low budget as lately I have been ripped off. Willing to discuss this I had to choose a category in order to activate this post. But there is no description listed. Please bear this in mind. I don't want time wasters who stretch the job to make up a day. Only serious tradesmen need apply who work consistently.
