Job Paint and fit bathroom bi-fold door. (door supplied and already in the property). OTHER JOBS / PLEASE CAN YOU HELP? Paint Garage door, single solid metal door. In white and surrounding wood-work. Garden access gate; replace whole assembly with wooden slated type or appropriate to make presentable. Supply and fit suitable door for utility cupboard (outside by front door) white. Existing door rotten at the base. To paint wooden soffits - Gable-ends are already UPVC. Property is a semi-detached with good easy access to rear for ladder. All jobs to present the house for sale next month or early May 2013. We can discuss options for the work over the telephone if you are interested, thank you. The quote is for all the jobs, there is also garden tidying work. We wish to maximise your visit time to help cut down your travelling costs.
