Unsold Job, Updated Details : Our barn conversion was originally 2 flats, a few years back we converted it into a house and put in a staircase. Since our daughter arrived we've realised the upstairs landing balustrade and the stair rail aren't particulrly sturdy and won't fit a standard safety gate. We really need some advice on how to make the area safe and I think we need 2 gates and fittings made to fit at the top and bottom of the stairs. The budget options only give me under £250 or under £500, I don't think it would be a £500 job, if there was an option I'd have said under £350 but but we need sound advice on what's needed so I think the job would need to be looked at before I can really set a budget? We are extremely keen to get the work done, our daughter is just over a year old and I'm due to have another baby in April. Original : Need stair area child proofing, gates may need to be made to measure and stairs banisters may need strengthening. top and bottom of stairs to be looked at Timing: ASAP

Small job to repair garage door Yale lock and frame. Lock needs to be replaced as was buckled during a forced intrusion. Frame was split... damage need to be cut out and repaired. Would like the top latch hole to be re-drilled, so need a metal plate to cover old hole. Also would like a padlock latch installed.

I have a Staywell Catflap which I need fitting to my front door. Door is wooden with a metal skin on both sides. Door has never had a cat flap in before.
A fantastic job fitting my cat flap into a metal skinned door - not an easy job with the type of door it was. Although he was very busy, he managed to fit me in on a Saturday morning just a couple of days after coming to look at the job which was perfect! Exceptional price and was also very clean and tidy both during and after the work. I would definately recommend to anyone requiring work to be done.
