I have a rotting straight set of stairs down to my cellar. I am looking to get a new set made as quickly as possible. At present there are seven wooden treads with a concrete tread at the bottom. It is a victorian terrace house, the cellar at present is damp but I am looking into getting it vented and potentially damp proofed, however would like safe access down at present and advice on maintaining the stairs to ensure optimum condition. Thanks in anticipation

I have a small ground floor bathroom, that is an extension to a 2 bed terraced house. Radiator and water pipes run along 2 of the walls at skirting board level. I would like these neatly boxed in, using MDF that will be supplied, A small section will need to be removable so that the stopcock can be accessed.
Completed on time and to budget. Job done.

I have 3 internal and 1 external door that need attention. One internal has come off it shinges, two others need replacement door handles. Additionally an external garage door (side door) is constantly sticking so needs attention.
Did the job as arranged and finished promptly. Very satisfied with the result. would definitely recommend.
