Unsold Job, Updated Details : We have an older style end of terrace cottage with a slate roof. We need some minor repair to the soffits and they also need painting. There is some water ingress around the chimney -suspect that the flashings have been disturbed by somerone attending to the TV aerial There is also a small leak where the dormer extension joins the main roof at the rear of the house.
