Mr Stamp was friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about but he undertook to give us a written proposal and never got back to us at all.

some doors to be rehung so they open from other side (2 or 3)
some skirtings to be replaced
floorboards to be patched in (where old fireplace hearths removed)
