First time user of Rated People. Mark was the only lead supplied. However he called within 24 hours, visited the same week, arranged to collect three new internal doors, from supplier and new brass furniture. Doors were fitted in a morning, absolutely first class finish, very very tidy and polite Great service and superb value for money. We are now arranging to have further internal and exterior doors fitted.

Location: Tutbury, Burton on Trent, de13 Thank you Original: We are looking for a carpenter to in the first instance replace/supply/fit an external wooden door and an internal door (we will provide the internal door but need it to be fitted to size as it will be too large for the frame). We will need someone who can supply a good quality long lasting exterior door. We are also thinking of getting built in cupboards in the loft bedroom at some point in the future and would like someone who can design attractive traditional style cupboards and be able to fit them creatively and tastefully using the space well. In the future (next year or two) we would also like a built in cupboard made for the wall alcove beside the fireplace...again something traditional in style and with cupboard space to fit a tv in and shelving etc/ with doors and display shelves above. I like curves/antique/delicate features/styles and want them to be expertly fitted, I am on a budget so the wood doesn't have to be expensive. So to start with we will just need a quote for fitting two doors- one interior and one exterior, but we would like a quote for the future work as mentioned above. We have a bedroom which is loacted above the staircase. A portion of the room is not useable due to the floor being angled to accomodate the stairs below. We would like someone to either; a) Box off the section of the room that is affected and so give a platform on which to place a puchased wardrobe b) Build a fitted wardrobe around the angled part of the floor

I have a cupboard in the bathroom that houses a header tank which I couldn't remove during a recent upgrade. To help aesthetically, if I could replace the 2 door fronts (approx 2 square feet each,) in an antique pine effect to match the main door, and replace the MDF that's been used to box in the pipework it should improve the general appearance. This could lead to a further job of replacing the window if price is okay.
