"They showed up un time and said they would provide a quote within a week. After 3 weeks they did not give us a quote. We contacted them again to see if they were still interested. They said they would send a quote which we have not received. Although they have not done the job, I would say they were unprofessional because they did provide with a quote which they said they would give. If they are not interested, the should have said so."
