Stephen was reliable, helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and would look to use him in the future.

A good job at a reasonable price. I was originally going to have our new front door 'dry fitted' so it could be removed again for painting but the fitting process was quite tricky as the frame was out of square (our house was built in 1890) so Cleveland went ahead and fitted the door. The fit is very good, and the silver hinges he supplied look great. Cleveland was also happy to give advice on other jobs I'm doing (sanding back our floors) and cleared up after he finished. He charged £170 to hang the door and also 'pinned' in our new glass so it can removed for painting the door. My only criticism would be how the latch on the door frame is fitted - just not as neat as I would have liked. Overall though nice guy and very competent job.

I had Paul in for shelves only and ended up having some re wiring done and then a firplace designed and built by him. He will be returning to lay my floor in 2 weeks. I absolutely have no hestitation recommending Paul as he is extremely helpful and a real craftsmen. I am so pleased with his work that he will be fitting my parents kitchen aswell.

Front porch. the existing porch is simple timber frame with large peice of chipboard covered with waterproof roofing felt. This is in need of repair as the porch is now not water proof and water has seeped into the chipboard. Basically the old chipboard needs ripping down, a new peice of chipboard needs waterproofing and reattaching to the timberframe and painting please? You will need a ladder

We had someone booked in to do this today but they have let us down. If someone is close to KT6 and available to do a last minute job please call. Previously quoted £100 to do this but will go to £130 if someone can come in last minute and sort this for us.
