Wooden garage door has been taken off to fix door frame. Since the door has been rehung it will not close properly. I would like an estimate to have doors set to open and close easily. Timing: ASAP
I would certainly have Ian back again to do any jobs that I needed doing in the future. His work was first rate, nothing was any trouble to him. He was very reliable, came when he said, very reasonably priced and he did an excellent job repairing my Garage Doors. I will defiantly recommend him to my friends.

Had quote for dismantling old shed/ erecting new one - several positive conversations concerning arrangements. Did not turn up at the agreed time & date No attempt to contact me - I telephoned several times no response.Left message on mobile to ring me - no response.Sent text - replied to say was not coming as was in A&E. Don't believe he wanted to do job in the end for some reason & could not face speaking to me hence the easy way out in responding to text.Had my doubts as to the validity of reason given.

I had to dispense with the services as the job was extremly poor and wasted 1.5 packs of laminate flooring. The gaps around the edge were to big for the edging strip to cover also the cut around the radiator pipe was made to large and the pipe cover did not hide the gap. The workmans services were dispensed with and i called in another joiner who stated the job was well below par

Richard the landlord, needs his kitchen ceiling re-plastering, the kitchen walls re-plastering, the units removed and disposed off, the living room wall needs re-plastering. He needs the flooring removed and disposed of in environmental legal way with proof of legal disposal. He needs the front and back brick walls cleaned off paint and general environmental dirt. Replace 8 internal wooden doors, in a 3 bedroom ex-council house. I have chosen wooden doors from a Wicks shop. I would like the doors simply to be attached and fitted the doorway door frames. Fully registered trades people are needed. They must be reliable to return for present job(s) and for future jobs in years to come, to work for further C.E.R.P.A.T.S Properties Investments. Trades people/ trading companies etc must be prepared to offer very reasonable prices for 'free, non obligatory quote(s)’ is/are essential. Reliability, efficiency, high quality skilled workmanship, fully guaranteed reasonable aftercare are vital, should anything go wrong with the workmanship or relevant faulty products. N.B.
