"Direct bedrooms were professional and extremely reliable. They were the only tradespeople to listen and work towards our budget coming up with useful suggestions where we could manage costs without cutting corners. They completed the work on time as agreed and were thoroughly unobtrusive and pleasant throughout the time they were working in our house. There was some delay in obtaining the handles for the doors which dragged on for a few weeks but we understand these were as a result of suppliers rather than Direct Bedrooms themselves. On the whole we would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others."

"I would like to say I would recommend mike, he works well and I have said I am satisfied with his work, after having commented on the first rating about the plumber and electricians standard of work, I wanted to withdraw my comments, not realising that it would erase my previous rating of five, so irregardless of whether they were recommended by Mike or not his rating should not have been affected. so he can work and he is fair, so far no problems and high standard. The plasterer was excellent and no probs there either "

"The joinery was fine and I gave excellent feedback before, but in my last post I mentioned the plumber and electrician I think I was too quick to recommend them I was too would just like to withdraw my comments re the electrician and the plumber, we have had a major leak, which was due to the plumber not sealing an elbow, \he has since not responded or turned up and as we have young children we paid to repair it ourselves, the electrics in the house went heywire and now they had to return, to rectify, today I had to call a technician as I had no response , he advised that the electric are not up to standard and were poorly done in fact so faulty that we have to stop using it. I am very dissapointed and it appears we are on our own, I guess rated people should make sure the people on here are vetted and can only recommend vetted individuals to work alongside them. I have no complaints re the joiner. "
