Their is a pipe outside the house for water from roof. There is vegetation growing at the top of this pipe which needs to be a cleaned. House is only 2 stories tall. Need someone who can bring a ladder for this purpose.

Updated : seems like I cannot add pics anymore Original : I have a downpipe from an upstairs bathroom leaking. I can see damp patches develop on wall. The pipes are "internal" i.e mostly not visible (visible at the point where it links up with a main vertical downpipe). I need either a quick fix now to stop further leakage or a complete pipe replacement. See Photos for better idea.
