I suspect I have a blocked drain outside my kitchen door which is under decking. Bad smell in house.

I have 3 problems with the soil pipe that runs up the length of the house. 1. It is leaking slightly where it enters the ground - water is seaping out of the join between the soil pipe and the pipe that is concreted into the ground. 2. Connected to the soil pipe is a 40mm pipe that drains the kitchen sink/washing machine. This pipe is bent and currently has an "uphill" section in it, so needs replacing too. 3. There is a now unused strap boss which is leaking too. I need the leaks fixing and the 40mm pipe replacing and would rather pay someone to do it rather than bodging it myself if it's not too expensive.
All in all very happy. Quoted on a Sunday a few hours after posting job and did the work the next day for a price I was happy to pay. Work looks to be of good quality and is working well so far. Would happily recommend to a friend.

I would not hesitate to use Dan Hudson again or to reccommend him to others. In all respects a really good all round service.

The drain from the kitchen sink is getting blocked causing water to back up from the washing machine and dish washer into the sink. A conservatory has been built over where a gully could possibly be. All toliets and bathroom sinks drain correctly into the main drain located in the back garden. Dye has been placed into the blocked sink, but has not come out into this drain. I need help to unblock the drain.

I have a problem with the drainage in my top floor flat. Water from the kitchen/bathroom sinks is coming back up the bath, which is now almost completely blocked. The problem has come on gradually over a long period but has become much worse this week. I am interested in quotes to unblock the pipework and restore drainage from all points on the system.
