Kitchen sink was running slow in my flat and now the bath is running slow. Dynorod visited in December and cleared the bath but its blocked again starting from the kitchen. Haven't had a problem for 6 years so something must be stuck.
Arrived 30mins early and fixed an ongoing problem dynorod couldn't fix. Very friendly, efficient service that got the job sorted. I will be recommending their plumbing services to friends and family.

Unblock outside domestic drain
arrived 3 hrs late, didn't have relevant rods for my type of domestic drain, although understand this was because they were unusually sized. Tradesman (Jake) who attended was very pleasant and unblocked (with his hands) one of the blocked drains causing the problem completely and tried (again with his hands) to unblock part of the other drain. Advised that I bought some flexible rods myself at B&Q in order to attempt to unblock the rest of unusual sized drain.

Recently bought property, digging up garden and discovered siphon access without proper cover. Wessex Water have advised it could be replaced with straight pipe, as siphon no longer necessary. Depth approx 1m, some damage to access pipe.
James was friendly and efficient, seemed knowledgeable about the task and communicated about arrangements. He did a very tidy job, digging a large hole with little damage and re-instating the garden carefully.

My external drain for my kitchen is broken and the 2 pipes coming from the kitchen into the drain have never fit properly and have come away from the wall leaving a small gap which I think is causing a smell under the kitchen sink. This has been patched up previously, but I would like it done properly. Apologies if not described very well. Basically would like the drain tidied up, the cover replacing so that leaves don't get stuck in drain, and both pipes replacing to fit correctly and fixed to the external wall correctly.
Very pleased with this job. He was punctual, very careful to keep mess to a minimum (which is a godsend), and reasonably priced. His attention to detail with his work was brilliant. I will be using him again that's for sure ! Many thanks.

The report detailed the following possible issues with drains: The cover of the inspection chamber is cracked and a new inspection chamber cover is needed. We recommend that the underground drainage gullies are cleared out, checked and repaired as necessary. If you could get back to me with quote to get the work done that would be great.

broken drain pipe (under ground). I have had a camera put down the drain and there is a large crack and a break. This needs to be repaired/replaced. Also further along the drain has narrowed over the years because of what it is made of, so maybe thinking of replacing this (depending on cost).

Vender has supposed to of cleared the blockage so require quotes for both cleaering the blockage and using the jet and also just to use the jet. Thanks
