Very blocked bathroom sink and bath. Have tried unblocker products to no avail and had a plumber come to take a look but feels that before we start removing tiles etc, that it may be worth getting the opinion of a drainage specialist as it may be a bigger problem than just for my flat (property is a block of four flats). I called Delta Drains after having been let down at short notice by another tradesman and Rob came the same day within an hour of calling. He was professional and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently and now I have a working bathroom sink with no fuss and no mess and at a very reasonable price, especially considering such short notice and being a weekend. Flush though drains on a newly purchased property as buying report shows some standing water in inspection chambers. Just need to ensure there are no blockages.

Removal of a small area of slab and concrete, replace with pea-shingle. Remove a small 360mm x 280mm slab, to install a soakaway and drain cover.
Martin responded quickly, quoted against his actual costs not my (higher) budget, very refreshing pricing approach! Kept to the promised time and did the job very quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up properly afterwards. I will use Martin again for other jobs as they arise.
