Kevin and Paul worked long days to get my job done and even resorted to hand digging when the hired digger broke down causing them to be without it for several hours. As my land is clay this was not an easy task. The job was finished within the time scale Kevin quoted and with the minimum of disruption. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Prompt response. When the guys turned up they were friendly, polite and got on with the job straight away. Once they found the blockage they did everything they could to find out as much information as they could about which houses were on the same pipeline. Very professional. Even the coffee I made them when they first arrived went cold. They'll be the first people I call next time.

Blocked drain outside Kitchen window in front of house. Kitchen sink is slow to empty. Very smelly, has been slowly overflowing for some time.
Great service, I was contacted very quickly and the job was completed within 3 hours of posting. I was phoned and given approx time of arrival and a very pleasant man completed the job within a few minutes and left no mess. The pricing is structured per job so a small unblocking job is charged the same as a more complicated one, mine only needed a plunger to sort out so was expensive but it may have been much worse and then it would have been cheap. This apart, I would recommend this company.

I have a blocked drain in my downstairs clock, I have made sure the obstruction isn't in the toilet, I think my son my have flushed a toilet freshner down it, it does drain but very slowly.

I live in Milton Keynes and my house has 3 bathrooms and a cloak room and normal plumbing for kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. There are no obvious drainage or blockage problems and everything is working fine except for a sewer like smell that comes up sometimes from the kitchen sink when a shower is used and vice-versa. Need someone to com over, examine all drainage plumbing external and internal, remove blockages if any and eradicate the occurrence of this smell. Fixed price and to be done ASAP, even as early as tomorrow if possible.
