Washing machine drain under tiled floor is partially blocked causing overflow of syphon break. Need to access & clear 2" under floor line about 2mtrs long to clear partial blockage. Timing: ASAP
It took just 3 minutes to get a text and then a call following posting an email and a very reasonable £60 charge per half hour. They arrived when they said they would. Despite having to return as we continued to have a flooding problem, they didn't charge for 2nd visit. Great service. Roger Lane

"normal" man hole cover, top is rusting out and the surrounding cement is breaking up. It's in my driveway so needs to take the weigh of a small car.

I would ideally like someone to come and take a look at this and give me a quote for doing the work this Friday 30 April.
The company did an excellent job. They took the time to listen and then to thoroughly investigate the leak and eliminate the different possible sources one by one until we had found where the problem was. I thought that the price quoted sounded a bit high but actually when I saw how much work was involved and how thorough a job they did I was really happy that I'd received value for money.

I live in a modern purpose built flat with two toilets back to back. one services the main bathroom, the second the ensuite. The bathroom toilet backed up a couple of weeks ago and I tried to clear it, as I have in the past with a plunger, unfortunately this time I had no joy. Now the second toilet has backed up. Updated : The drive is a Block paving drive which would need partially to be taken up and relayed I suspect Original : We have a driveway which was installed around 5-10 years ago. no drainage was installed at the time. I would like to get a quote for the installation of a soakaway as our garage is partially flooding when it raind heavily. Currently our and our neighbors downpipe are joined and goes into a hole in the ground to nowhere.
